Assembling e-bike

Will I need to assemble the eBike after delivery, and is the process complicated?

We’ve designed our eBikes with convenience in mind from the very beginning. To make things as easy as possible for our customers, we’ve reduced the setup process to a minimum. Each eBike arrives 95% pre-assembled, so only a few quick and simple steps are needed before you’re ready to hit the road.

1. Unopened package

2. Open the package and take out all the contents.

3. Remove all protective foam and zip ties.

4. Just secure the wheel bolts, then attach and lock the handlebars, seat, and pedals into their designated mounts — and you’ll be ready to ride in no time.
